Professinal MIG-160A MIG MMA Welder Digital Inverter Welding Machine
The advantages of MIG welding are many. The most obvious benefit is the size of the welded pieces. This is because metal and plastic do not bond to an arc of pure electricity, meaning metal rods can be joined together and that joint will be stronger than if it were simply heated to a high temperature with an oxyacetylene torch. The second advantage is the possibility for joining materials that would otherwise not be compatible. This includes joining dissimilar metals such as steel and aluminum, joining dissimilar metals using the same steel alloy or aluminum alloy with different heat treatment characteristics: type number and hardness (temper) changes, in some cases by only a few tenths of one-percent when melting them at 430°C (808°F). Also possible is joining dissimilar steels with different hardnesses in the same welding piece.
